Restructuring of the support team in Netiquette

After 2 weeks of battle, Edwin finally came back to the office to the rescue of the chaotic managment in Netiquette. Filing system, monthly meeting, Call records, Email communication were a few start off that Edwin, our support manager, implemented to make sure that the company is running smoothly . In order to be more efficient in our work productivity, we had informed our clients that we had shorten our operating hours to 9 to 5 instead of 9 to 6. The one hour allowance is for us to do any documenation work.
As Pamela , Clavin,Elva and Eric is picking up on their knowledge of the ubs system, I requested to stay in the office more often so as to help in support calls.
In fact i was quite tired of giving training and having lunch alone most of the time :P
Lucky for me, Edwin was being quite nice as he understands that i would be sick of training therefore he allows me to stay in the office and let the new comers continue the running marathon which never seems to end(On site Training).
I also found that my troubleshooting skill s is getting worst as i have not being answering phone calls. Its time for me to pick up.(Jia yu Agnes!) , Was quite shock that Eric knows so much more than me.
By the way, I failed my drving test! Sian.....
Would be takign another test on the 12 Nov.. (Good Luck@!)
